Your PQ Coach membership will renew monthly or annually until you cancel — which is as simple as contacting the Support team. There’s absolutely no lock-in or minimum length of membership.

All of the PQ Coach training sessions are delivered as online video lessons, just like the training you completed.

We also include supplementary materials like worksheets, customizable slide decks, and sample marketing materials that you can use in your coaching business. These are all available in your dedicated Learning Hub so you can find everything in one place.

When you join as a full PQ Coach member, you can also attend our live Q&A sessions and monthly practice sessions.

In addition to the online video lessons, you can also attend live weekly Q&A sessions with PQ leaders. Attendance is optional, but it allows our program members direct access to us should they get stuck in the material or have questions.

To accommodate the widest range of time zones, live Q&A calls will be held every Tuesday at 8am Pacific Time (11am Eastern Time) for the first six weeks of your membership.

After that point, you will be invited to join live PQ Coach Q&A sessions and Application Sessions held on Wednesdays at 8am Pacific Time (11am Eastern Time).

If you are unable to attend for any reason, the calls are recorded and searchable transcripts are made available for your convenience.

Each part of PQ Coach is optional and entirely up to you. You can pick and choose which lessons to watch and which sessions to attend.

If you want to take advantage of everything we offer – the PQ Coaching lessons, business development lessons, and live Q&A, you should set aside 2-3 hours per week and some extra time for implementation.

One important thing: don’t worry about falling behind. PQ Coach (and PQ Coach Essentials) is fully self-paced. You can work through sessions in any order you choose, and go as quickly or slowly as you like.

Active members have unlimited access to this training. If life gets in the way and you don’t have time for some of the training, that’s no problem — you can pick it back up any time you want. Besides the training videos, you’ll have interactive recordings of all live Q&A sessions so you can quickly find answers to questions that intrigue you, and skip the rest!

We have intentionally designed this to be flexible to accommodate everyone’s different schedules and time availability.

Yes, the PQ Coach training program is approved by ICF for Continuing Coaching Education units. The PQ Coaching and Business Development tracks qualify each PQ Coach with up to 80 CCE units:

• Core Competency: 35.5 hours
• Resource Development: 44.5 hours

As long as you’re watching the videos in the Learning Hub, completing the worksheets, and participating in our Q&A sessions (live or recorded), you are eligible to receive the full 80 CCE units.

If you are renewing your ICF credentials, you’re required to earn 40 CCE units over a three year period. PQ Coach will deliver this for you in your first six months.

Absolutely not. We have powerful and inspiring sharing in our community every week from coaches representing every niche; ranging from working with kids and teens, to parents, couples, educators, NGOs, teams, spiritual seekers, etc.

The power of the PQ operating system is its universal applicability.

We have coaches from every major coaching school and some schools of counseling and therapy. Some had initial concerns about incompatibility. For example, CTI coaches wondering if there was incompatibility between Process Coaching encouraging the client to stay with “negative” emotions versus us urging them to move on. Or Family System Therapy encouraging the client to welcome and incorporate all parts of oneself, versus our treatment of the Saboteurs.

In every instance, we’ve been able to show that the differences are either a matter of semantics, or a matter of beginner versus advanced application of the PQ techniques. For example, advanced PQ techniques do involve staying with a “negative” emotion under some very specific guidelines and techniques.

To date, not a single PQ Coach has determined an incompatibility forcing them to choose. On the contrary, PQ Coaches learn how to use the PQ tools in a way that leverages their previous coach training to produce far greater results.

Yes! Whether you’re an external consultant, or an internal Learning & Development coach, you can take advantage of our specific and unique B2B (business-to-business) platform to introduce Positive Intelligence to organizations of more than 25 people.

We’ll partner with you to offer Pod Leader facilitation training, a dedicated customer success manager and our whole Support team to make sure that running a program with hundreds of participants is as seamless as a Pod of five.

No, you have access to the PQ app for a full year after you complete your program. You can watch and re-watch any of the weekly videos, review your Daily Focus and Coach Challenges and, of course, build your mental fitness in the PQ Gym.

You can simultaneously have up to 5 clients in the program at no additional cost.

Use your licences to add your clients and prospects into the PQ Program, either as individuals or part of a Pod.

Your clients have the same full access to the weekly training videos, daily app-guided exercises, and community support as someone who purchases the program directly from our website.

And, as their PQ Coach, you have access to a private Coach Dashboard where you monitor their progress and offer support throughout the program. Communicate with your clients individually, or send messages to their own private Pod channel, encouraging them and coaching them through tougher moments.

When guiding your clients through the PQ Program, you are in the driver’s seat for how to package, position, and charge for what’s next.

We want you to have a life-long relationship with your clients, so by default your client will remain active and continue receiving new app content, interactive modules and exercises. You will have access to our library of modules and can pick and choose which ones are best for each your clients. You can set your own pricing for this ongoing coaching.

The second option is to remove them from the program, which will discontinue the daily exercises and content. They will still have access to the app content and training sessions they already received, free for one full year. This releases their seat, ready for you to use with your next clients or prospects.

Ultimately, you are in control.

Many of our coaches like to have multiple clients enrolled into the PQ Program beyond the 5 seats included with their PQ Coach membership.

For each seat over the first 5, we charge you an administrative fee of $20 per client seat per month.

To ensure a great initial experience for your clients, you can have a maximum of 25 clients going through the PQ Program at any one time. Once your clients complete the initial program (six week duration), you are welcome to add more.

One of the biggest obstacles to getting started as a new coach is providing material to your clients.

By providing the PQ Program to your prospects, we take that burden away. You’ll have access to a very powerful tool, great material, and a brand name to support you.

You can get practice by offering the PQ Program to your friends and family, while also learning the business development lessons which will attract your future clients.

Yes, while PQ Coach is designed for individuals coaches to 100X their coaching impact, we know that select coaches can unlock opportunities for even greater impact.

You may offer up to 25 seats to a single group or organization during the lifetime of your PQ Coach membership.

With your PQ Program license, you can simultaneously have up to 5 clients in the program without incurring additional costs. And for an administrative fee of $20 per client per month, you can keep adding additional team members (up to 25 clients within a single organization).

There is no limit to the number of clients you can coach. However, to ensure a great initial experience for your clients, we limit the number of clients you can add to the platform at once.

The PQ Coach training sessions required for certification are unlocked immediately upon joining.

You can go as quickly or as slowly as you choose, but if you follow along with the training at our suggested pace and complete all other requirements, you will be eligible for certification in a little more than 6 months.

However, there is no time constraint for completion. You can complete it at your own pace.

Yes! If you choose to become a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach, you do not lose this certification should you end your membership. That stays with you.

You will need an active PQ Coach membership in order to guide your clients and prospects through the PQ Program, as well as access other membership benefits like being listed in the Coach Marketplace. But this is independent of your certification status.
