Dipika is a serial entrepreneur backed by over 25 years of experience with Fortune 100 companies, a Venture Capital firm and start-ups across North America, India and S. E Asia. Dipika co-founded and led 3 successful start-ups: a Marketing Services company, an Education firm, and a Consumer Internet firm.
She distinguishes herself by conceptualizing, designing, building, launching, and marketing innovative products and services across different categories and markets on a hands-on basis. Dipika has also held senior leadership positions with Pillsbury, where she oversaw APAC consumer marketing strategy for their leading brands, including Haagen Dazs ice cream, Green Giant Vegetables and Old El Paso Mexican food range.
Dipika holds a Masters in International Business from Columbia University, New York and a Masters in Economics from Delhi School of Economics, and a Bachelor in Economics from the University of Delhi, India.
