You must have an active membership to take advantage of the membership benefits — including ongoing PQ Coaching and business development training, access to the included PQ Program for your clients or prospects, the use of Positive Intelligence Intellectual Property, live sessions, and community access.

Your PQ Coach membership will renew monthly or annually until you cancel — which is as simple as contacting the Support team. There’s absolutely no lock-in or minimum length of membership.

All of the PQ Coach training sessions are delivered as online video lessons, just like the training you completed.

During the first 6 weeks of your PQ Coach membership, PQ Coach Launchpad ensures you start strong with step-by-step guidance, and an action plan to help you get your first paying PQ client fast. Foundational learning and content are covered in these weekly live sessions. These sessions are optional to attend, and recordings for the first six weeks are available to watch.

Following PQ Coach Launchpad, you’ll be welcomed into our global community of PQ coaches and have access to regular live PQ Coach Q&A sessions and Application Sessions.

During the first 6 weeks of your PQ Coach membership, PQ Coach Launchpad ensures you start strong with step-by-step onboarding, live guidance, and an action plan to build momentum quickly. Foundational learning and content are covered in these weekly live sessions.

To accommodate the widest range of time zones, live sessions will be held every Tuesday at 9am Pacific Time (12pm Eastern Time) for the first six weeks of your membership. These sessions are optional to attend, and recordings for the first six weeks are available to watch.

Following the PQ Coach Launchpad experience, you will be invited to join live PQ Coach learning, practice, and Q&A sessions on Wednesdays. Attendance is optional, but we hope you will experience live sessions with the global PQ Coach community and us.

The content is truly self-paced. You can go through the lessons and resources as slowly or quickly as you want.

Our PQ Coach members range from part-time to full-time coaches, and our community has beginner and advanced coaches. The membership is designed to meet you where you are.

If you want to take advantage of everything we offer – the PQ Coaching lessons, Sage Business Development lessons, and live sessions, you should set aside 2-3 hours per week and some extra time for implementation.

One important thing: don’t worry about falling behind. PQ Coach (and PQ Coach Essentials) is fully self-paced. You can work through sessions in any order you choose, and go as quickly or slowly as you like.

Active members have unlimited access to this training. If life gets in the way and you don’t have time for some of the training, that’s no problem — you can pick it back up any time you want.

We have intentionally designed this to be flexible to accommodate everyone’s different schedules and time availability.

Yes, the PQ Coach training program is approved by ICF for Continuing Coaching Education units. The PQ Coaching and Business Development tracks qualify each PQ Coach with up to 80 CCE units:

• Core Competency: 35.5 hours
• Resource Development: 44.5 hours

As long as you’re watching the videos in the Learning Hub, completing the worksheets, and participating in our Q&A sessions (live or recorded), you are eligible to receive the full 80 CCE units.

If you are renewing your ICF credentials, you’re required to earn 40 CCE units over a three year period. PQ Coach will deliver this for you in your first six months.

PQ Coaches come from more than 100 countries around the world and represent every niche; from working with kids and teens, to parents, couples, educators, NGOs, teams, spiritual seekers, etc.

The power of the PQ operating system is its universal applicability.

But don’t take it from me. Check out the hundreds of profiles of Certified Positive Intelligence Coaches in our client-matching Marketplace. Maybe go so far as to reach out to a coach in your niche to ask them about their PQ Coach experience so far.

We have coaches from every major coaching school and some schools of counseling and therapy. Some had initial concerns about incompatibility. For example, CTI coaches wondering if there was incompatibility between Process Coaching encouraging the client to stay with “negative” emotions versus us urging them to move on. Or Family System Therapy encouraging the client to welcome and incorporate all parts of oneself, versus our treatment of the Saboteurs.

In every instance, we’ve been able to show that the differences are either a matter of semantics, or a matter of beginner versus advanced application of the PQ techniques. For example, advanced PQ techniques do involve staying with a “negative” emotion under some very specific guidelines and techniques.

To date, not a single PQ Coach has determined an incompatibility forcing them to choose. On the contrary, PQ coaches learn how to use the PQ tools in a way that leverages their previous coach training to produce far greater results.

Of course. When you become a PQ Coach member, you can enroll team members and employees in your Client Dashboard — your first 5 clients are included with your membership.

When you’re ready to expand, PQ Coach Pro is designed to build a thriving ecosystem for professional coaches committed to bringing the PQ Program to clients at scale.

This membership level includes unlimited client access, professional sales live sessions, and dedicated customer support. Details on how to upgrade your membership to PQ Coach Pro will be shared after the dedicated six-week PQ Coach Launchpad experience.

Active PQ Coach members have the right to use Positive Intelligence Intellectual Property (IP). Members are permitted and encouraged to use the IP for the following:

• Coaching sessions
• Skill development for self
• As-is content sharing with clients and prospective clients, including website and app, Pod leader presentation materials, keynote and workshop materials, and client enrollment PDFs.

Once enrolled in PQ Coach membership, you can access resources for brand assets and IP guidelines.

You’ll have access to all of the content in the PQ app through the end of PQ Coaching Grant program, which concludes on Friday, December 5th.

With PQ Coach Membership, you have access for your first 5 clients included. After that, you can add more clients for $50/month, up to a total of 25 new clients per membership year. You can switch to the annual option anytime, which caps your cost at no more than $250 per year per client.

The option to become a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach is included with your membership. There is no additional cost for this certification at this time.

The PQ Coach training sessions required for certification are all unlocked after your six-week onboarding period.

You can go as quickly or as slowly as you choose, but if you follow along with the training at our suggested pace and complete all other requirements, you will be eligible for certification in a little more than 6 months.

However, there is no time constraint for completion. You can complete it at your own pace.

Yes! If you choose to become a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach, you do not lose this certification should you end your membership. That stays with you.

You will need an active PQ Coach membership in order to guide your clients and prospects through the PQ Program, as well as access other membership benefits like being listed in the Coach Marketplace. But this is independent of your certification status.
