The foundational PQ Program lasts 7 weeks. After that, you’ll get a full year of access to advanced application modules to continue your growth. Teams will complete the foundational program first, then have the option to add the PQ-Powered Teamwork program, which includes five in-app modules designed to deepen your group’s teamwork skills.

This program is for you if you are:

In the 7-week PQ Program, you’ll commit to watching one hour of video once per week. These weekly video sessions are divided into micro-learnings you can watch when you have time. You’ll also invest fewer than 15 minutes per day in practice, guided by the PQ app. Cumulatively, this is less than 2% of your awake time for the program’s duration. Consider that your negative thought patterns are likely costing you far more than 2% of your time, effort, energy, and productivity.

You would never learn to ride a bicycle by just reading a book about it. While you’ll listen to the first eight chapters of the book during the program (it provides the research foundation and introduces the tools), the video sessions guide you through hands-on exercises that help you personalize the tools. The app then coaches you to practice one tool at a time within your own daily challenges.

The program is delivered through the PQ app. Weekly video sessions are divided into micro-learnings you can watch at your convenience. Videos are released each Friday, as most people find the weekend is the most convenient time to watch.

Your daily practice is delivered via the PQ app, where you can access your mental fitness exercises, weekly modules, and metrics dashboard. The minimum requirements for the PQ app are a smartphone or device capable of running iOS 13.0 or Android 8.1 onward. A desktop version is also available.

Yes, you can add one family member or friend who will receive access to the PQ app and program content at no extra cost.

A Pod is a small peer accountability group designed to support each other through the PQ Program. It provides a community for shared insights, motivation, and practical application of the concepts. Pods are available only through the Guided path of the PQ Program.

The Positive Intelligence module offered as part of the ALP or GLP is the 7-week PQ Program, with weekly Pod meetings with your ALP or GLP peers, facilitated by a Certified PQ Coach, and focused on leadership development, building your growth mindset, strengthening your emotional intelligence, and applying your learning from the ALP/GLP into daily work and life.

Both paths include the Fast Start Team Workshop, the PQ Program, and PQ-Powered Teamwork. The Self-Organized path means your team leads its own learning with app access and a facilitator guide for your team leader. The Guided path includes full coaching packages with 7 coach-led group sessions for both the PQ Program and PQ-Powered Teamwork, offering comprehensive, expert-led support.

First, your group members will take a teamwork assessment to identify strengths and areas for improvement.

Then, you’ll dive deeper into essential teamwork topics. There are 5 learning modules: Introduction to PQ-Powered Teamwork, Triple Purpose, Earned Trust, Healthy Conflict, and Mutual Accountability. They help your group apply PQ principles directly to your unique dynamics and challenges.

At the end, your group members will re-take the teamwork assessment to note any changes in the group’s strengths and areas for improvement.

Group pricing includes a base per-person cost for program access ($367 for the PQ Program, $197 for PQ-Powered Teamwork). The Fast Start Group Workshop is $1500. For Guided Paths, additional group coaching packages are added per program (e.g., $3000 for PQ Program group coaching and $3000 for PQ-Powered Teamwork group coaching).
