The foundational PQ Program lasts 7 weeks. After that, you’ll get a full year of access to advanced application modules to continue your growth. Teams will complete the foundational program first, then have the option to add the PQ-Powered Teamwork program, which includes five in-app modules designed to deepen your group’s teamwork skills.

In the 7-week PQ Program, you’ll commit to watching one hour of video once per week. These weekly video sessions are divided into micro-learnings you can watch when you have time. You’ll also invest fewer than 15 minutes per day in practice, guided by the PQ app. Cumulatively, this is less than 2% of your awake time for the program’s duration. Consider that your negative thought patterns are likely costing you far more than 2% of your time, effort, energy, and productivity.
You would never learn to ride a bicycle by just reading a book about it. While you’ll listen to the first eight chapters of the book during the program (it provides the research foundation and introduces the tools), the video sessions guide you through hands-on exercises that help you personalize the tools. The app then coaches you to practice one tool at a time within your own daily challenges.
The PQ Program is delivered through the PQ app. Weekly video sessions are divided into micro-learnings you can watch at your convenience. Videos are released each Friday, as most people find the weekend is the most convenient time to watch.
Your daily practice is delivered via the PQ app, where you can access your mental fitness exercises, weekly modules, and metrics dashboard. The minimum requirements for the PQ app are a smartphone or device capable of running iOS 13.0 or Android 8.1 onward. A desktop version is also available.
Yes, you can add one family member or friend who will receive access to the PQ app and program content at no extra cost.
